Rhubarb & Gooseberry Crumble

If you checked out our post about our visit to Douglas Farmer’s Market you might have seen that we came home with a couple of bags filled with all kinds of goodies. On a whim, we decided to get some lovely rhubarb, strawberries and gooseberries which came from Co. Laois. We rarely get rhubarb and gooseberries but we enjoy them at restaurants, usually in desserts.
